| Number 42 Glass Insulator |
$8.50 |
Used to insulate the signal on telegraph poles during the 1920s, 30s, and 40s, the Hemingray Number 42 Insulator was made of turquoise glass in a larger size.
Marked "Hemingray - 42" and "Made in U.S.A".
Insulators are quirky little collectibles which make great decoration (try it on a window ledge where it will catch the light), paperweights or even bookends.
