This late 1960s or early 1970s color fan deck is a Rocket Set Color Matcher from Kohl and Madden, and uses the Pantone matching system. Designed for professional printers, it features the full range of 497 Pantone colors of the time, in both coated and uncoated.
The formula for creating each color is printed on the front of the cards.

Condition: This fan deck came from a printers estate and has obviously been well used over the years, with plenty of wear to both color samples and edges. But it is still in solid condition. Comes packaged in the original, now very battered, cardboard sleeve.
