We will ship via the US Postal Service (USPS), unless you specifically contact us requesting another service. You are able to choose from different USPS shipping options at checkout.

Whenever possible, we try to use recycled packaging. Please let us know when ordering if you would prefer only new packing materials.

Yes! We do ship internationally! On parle francais. Wir sprechen ein bisschen Deutsch. Se habla espanol. Please inform yourself about any customs duties, taxes or quotas for your country as we cannot be held reponsible for delays or extra charges which may result. We regret that we are unable to mark items as a gift.

The shipping price quoted is a highest price guide and for one item will usually be quite accurate. Remember that many of the items we sell are delicate and the packaging needed to protect your purchase often weighs more than the item itself! We do combine shipping, and if postage and packaging costs for your purchase turn out to be cheaper than quoted we will refund the difference in price. Insurance is automatically included in the shipping price for all purchases.

We try to describe all items as carefully as possible. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven(7) days of its arrival, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and insurance costs. You should email us before shipping anything back to us. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs unless there has been an error on our part or an item has been lost or damaged in transit.
